Rudolf Polzer 083837c361 Add a variable EXPERIMENTAL_ADB_CHANNEL_TCP_PORT to try using adb forward with a TCP port instead of a UNIX socket. 
This is less secure but may work around an OS X/adb bug.

Rudolf Polzer 9b9a7041ff adb-channel: In fact, safely exit also on SIGINT, SIGTERM and SIGALRM, 
as all these usually intend a "clean" exit.
